Metrics

Measurement and Implementation

The achievement of enrollment objectives is monitored through key performance indicators (KPI). The focus areas outlined in the strategic enrollment plan exist independently and are yet also closely interrelated. The following outlines KPIs and the specific focus areas that are most directly measured by the metric:
FA-1. Student-centered service and experience
FA-2. Undergraduate recruitment and market responsiveness
FA-3. Market expansion and innovation (graduate and global)
FA-4. Student retention, success, and achievement
These metrics are not reflective of real-time data; they will be updated on a per term basis to measure ongoing fulfillment of plan objectives. The following fall 2025 baseline indicators are current as of February 3, 2026.
