Learn the foundations of Project Management and get the job-ready skills you need to get your career going in a fast-growing field.

The Project Management Professional (PMP) is the world's leading project management certification. Now including predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches the PMP proves project leadership experience and expertise in any way of working. It supercharges careers for project leaders across industries and helps organizations find the people they need to work smarter and perform better.

UNO's Executive and Professional Development Program offers:

5 Reasons why PMP certification is in high demand in comparison to other professional certifications.

  1. It boosts your résumé. When recruiters are looking for project managers, those with PMP certification tend to be prioritized over those who don't have it.
  2. Clients demand it. Many companies are making it mandatory to have the certification and you can't even apply for some positions without it. When people with PMP certification manage projects, the success rate increases.
  3. It contributes to higher income. The media salary of certified project managers is considerably higher than non-certified ones. Various surveys across the world show that certified project managers earn almost 20% more than non-certified ones.
  4. It improves your project management skills. If you spend time and money getting the certification, it shows you are committed to project management. You don't just study theory for the certification but acquire many practical skills as well.
  5. It gives industry recognition and networking opportunities. PMP certification is universally recognized, regardless of your industry or professional background. The Project Management Institute (PMI) has many active members across the world, and when you sign up, you become part of an international community.
