Accelerate your Lean progress with this implementation-focused program and demonstrate your Lean knowledge with this certificate.

Through case studies, exercises, and on-site simulations, you will learn how to enhance productivity, improve your work environment and increase customer satisfaction.

This certificate will give you or a team from your facility the experience and confidence to implement Lean improvements in your production process.

Objectives

  • Understand the basics of Lean and identify the key Lean principles.
  • Learn how the basics of 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain) plus Safety can be the basics for all workplace environments.
  • Recognize how to eliminate wastes in your operations.
  • Discover how to reduce lead times, minimize work in process and improve productivity.
