Victor Winter, Ph.D., is an expert in programming languages, software verification, educational technologies, and the application of Generative AI.

Biography

Victor Winter, Ph.D., is an expert in programming languages, software verification, and educational technologies, with a focus on program transformation and computational science. 

Winter’s work has been featured in numerous academic journals, and he is a leader in developing tools for understanding computational processes. His research explores formal methods for analyzing and validating software systems, improving reliability in high-assurance environments. He is the creator of Bricklayer, an educational technology that introduces students to programming.
