Biography

Steve Schulz, Ph.D., focuses on research in high-performance organizations and IT-enabled business solutions. He has published extensively on organizational commitment, competitive advantage, and psychological capital for driver retention.

Schulz is an active member of several professional associations, including the Midwest International Trade Association, and regularly serves as a reviewer for academic journals. He also consults on global sourcing and innovation.
