Roni Reiter-Palmon, Ph.D., is an expert in Industrial-Organizational psychology with an emphasis on creativity, team decision-making, & insights into cognitive processes.

Biography

Internationally recognized for her pioneering research on creativity, innovation, and team decision-making in the workplace, Reiter-Palmon has been ranked among the top 2% of social psychology researchers worldwide, according to a study by Stanford University and Elsevier.

Reiter-Palmon’s work has been published in leading journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Creativity Research Journal, and Leadership Quarterly. She is a former editor of The Psychology of Creativity, Aesthetics and the Arts and serves on editorial boards for several major journals in her field. 

Reiter-Palmon’s contributions have been recognized by the American Psychological Association, which awarded her the Rudolf Arnheim Award for Outstanding Achievement in Psychology and Creativity. Throughout her career, Reiter-Palmon has secured over $8 million in research funding and has consulted for Fortune 500 companies, the government, and the military, applying her expertise to enhance organizational and team performance.

Her ongoing research interests include the evolving role of artificial intelligence in creativity and innovation, as well as the development of effective interdisciplinary teams.
