Matt Allen is an expert in industrial/organizational psychology, focusing on applied social & behavioral science to meet strategic program evaluation human capital needs.

Biography

Matt Allen, Ph.D. is an expert in industrial and organizational psychology with over 15 years of experience in applied social and behavioral science research.

He serves as Director of Operations and Research Services at the National Counterterrorism Innovation, Education and Technology (NCITE) Center at UNO.

Allen's work has been widely published and presented at professional conferences. His research areas include cybersecurity, insider threat, leadership, and program evaluation.

He previously managed HumRRO's Talent Assessment and Analytics Program and a strategic HR function for the U.S. Department of Defense.
