Biography
Erin Bass, Ph.D., is a professor of management in UNO’s College of Business Administration and the executive director for the Center for Competencies, Skills and Workforce Development within UNO’s Division of Innovative and Learning-Centric Initiatives. Bass teaches courses on corporate and business strategy, business ethics, and leadership.
Bass’s research interests focus largely on strategy, corporate social responsibility, and leadership, and her work has been highlighted in top publications including the Academy of Management Review and the Journal of International Business Studies. Bass often serves as a consultant for Omaha-area private, public and non-profit organizations on a variety of projects.
