Chad Owsley, Ph.D., is an expert in media history and emerging digital technologies and the societal and cultural impact of AI-powered technologies in journalism.

Biography

Owsley’s research examines how innovative technologies shape journalism and newsrooms. With a strong background in visual media and a passion for global exploration, he offers valuable insights for media professionals interested in the evolving landscape of journalism and the role of technology in news communication.

Through his interdisciplinary approach, Owsley contributes to understanding the intersection of technology, media, and society, and the challenges and opportunities presented by intelligent systems in contemporary communication landscapes.
