UNO Email & Calendar
gMav Email & Calendar Migrated to MS365
All students, including those who are enrolling in Summer/Fall 2021 classes along with Spring 2021 graduates will had their email and calendar entries migrated from gMAV (Google's Gmail and Calendar) to Microsoft 365 (Outlook) from March 12th,2021 - March 22nd,2021.

Accessing UNO provided Email & Calendar
Outlook on the Web
- UNO email & calendar can be accessed on the web by visiting Microsoft's Home Page
Sign into two different MS365 Accounts on the same browser at the same time
Email Clients
- ITS supports the utilization of Outlook Clients to access your university email
- Outlook for IOSOutlook for Android Office for MacOffice for Windows
- Microsoft Supports the clients listed on our Two-Factor Email Page

Separated Faculty & Staff in nonpaid role | Account will be permanently disabled within 24 hours of separation | |
Faculty / Staff separating & enrolled/enrolling in classes | The existing account will be disabled and a non-associated account with a new ID will be generated | |
Undergraduate Students | 2 years after last enrollment | |
Graduate Students | 4 years after last enrollment | |
Intercampus Students | UNO accounts are removed at the end of their last intercampus approved semester | |
ILUNO Students | Accounts are removed at the end of their last enrolled session | |
Alumni | 5 years after the conferral of their degree |

Accessing email in private/incognito window
Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome to log into one Office 365 account.
- Open the menu (the three dots in the top right corner) and select New Incognito window
- After the New Incognito window opens, log into your other Office 365 account.
Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer to log into one Office 365 account.
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner
- Hover your mouse over the Safety option and click InPrivate Browsing.
- After the InPrivate Browsing window opens, log into your other Office 365 account.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge to log into one Office 365 account.
- Open the menu (the three dots in the top right corner) and select New InPrivate window
- After the New Incognito window opens, log into your other Office 365 account.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Mozilla Firefox to log into one Office 365 account
- Open the menu (the three lines in the top right corner) and select New Private Window.
- After the New Private Window opens, log into your other Office 365 account.
