It'll be a busy Friday in Aksarben Village! Here’s what guests need to know:


➡️ What’s new:

  • Baxter Arena will host University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) May Commencement Ceremonies while NSAA State Baseball games take place at nearby Maverick Park.

  • With both events scheduled concurrently, parking availability will be limited.

  • Premium Parking for the UNO May 2025 Commencement ceremonies is SOLD OUT!

🚗 Tips for graduates and guests:

  • Save this commencement parking and traffic route map.

  • Arriving early and coordinating rides can ease the experience for graduates, families, and fans alike.

  • Additional parking is available in Aksarben Village garages just north of Center Street.

  • A shuttle service will be available, leaving from UNO’s Scott Campus parking lot 5 located at 67th and Pine by Mammel Hall to Baxter Arena. The shuttle service will operate from 11 A.M. to 7 P.M. Friday.

  • UNO Commencement Ceremony #1: Doors at 8 A.M., ceremony begins at 9 A.M. | Baxter Arena

  • NSAA State Baseball: 10 A.M. | Tal Anderson Field

  • NSAA State Baseball: 1 P.M. | Tal Anderson Field

  • UNO Commencement Ceremony #2: Doors at 2 P.M., ceremony begins at 3 P.M. | Baxter Arena

  • NSAA State Baseball: 4 P.M. | Tal Anderson Field

  • NSAA State Baseball: 7 P.M. | Tal Anderson Field
