UNO PDK chapter #0116 supports several scholarships each year. Legacy and Showcase and scholarships are funded through donations. Donations are accepted and appreciated at all UNO PDK events.

UNO PDK Legacy Scholarship

Only high school seniors whose parent, guardian, or grandparent is a member of PDK are eligible for this scholarship. At least one scholarship will be awarded only to students planning to become educators, and at least one scholarship can be used for any major. Scholarship funds determine number of scholarships awarded. Scholarship application questions can be directed to Chapter Executive Director Tami Williams.

Scholarship Value: $500

Scholarship Deadline: Postmarked by February 15 of each year.

UNO PDK Showcase of Teaching Scholarship

Only high school seniors who are members of Educators Rising and attended the Omaha Ed Rising Fall Conference Showcase of Teaching are eligible for this scholarship. Scholarship funds determine number of scholarships awarded. Scholarship application questions can be directed to Chapter Executive Director Tami Williams.

Scholarship Value: $250

Scholarship Deadline: Postmarked by December 1 each year.

Nancy Hallstrom Memorial Emerging Leaders Scholarship

Only UNO graduate students enrolled in Educational Leadership program work are eligible for this scholarship. Scholarship application questions can be directed to Chapter Executive Director Tami Williams. The scholarship was initiated by Jack Hallstrom in memory of his wife Nancy Hallstrom.

Scholarship Value: $200
