Welcome to the Watermark Faculty Success User's Guide for UNO faculty.
Watermark Faculty Success (formerly Digital Measures), is the tool faculty use to complete their Annual Review and Reappointment, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT) processes. Faculty can also use it to create their CV. UNO continues to tailor Watermark Faculty Success (WFS) to assist faculty in tracking teaching, research, and services activities.
Annual Reviews and RPT are simplified by entering data once and then this data is easily accessible and ready to use again and again. Workflows allow for easy approval routing of Annual Review and RPT submissions. Having the information in one place enables UNO to demonstrate our campus' community engagement and research activities. Don't let your accomplishments fall through the cracks. When state legislators, accreditors, regents, or other campus administrators inquire about faculty activity in a particular area, UNO can respond using the information stored in Watermark Faculty Success.
