I'm the Assistant Director of Strength, Conditioning & Fitness Programs. I'm also Trigger Point Foam Rolling certified, an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Exercise Physiologist, Schwinn Cycling certified, First Aid/CPR/AED certified, and have an Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Kettlebell credential. Additionally, I have five years of experience teaching group exercise classes and eight years of experience as a personal trainer.
I specialize in working with older adults, athletes, and beginners.
