What class(es) do I teach at UNO?
Yoga Flow Classes: Whether a beginner or regular attender this class is for you! Throughout the class you will experience yoga poses formed in series. This class is designed to provide a moderate workout with breathing techniques, stretching and relaxation included. Power Yoga: Although this class is a bit more challenging any level (beginner to advanced) is welcome. Throughout the class you will experience yoga poses formed in series, designed to provide a more intense workout due to the pace, difficulty of the poses, and length of holding each position.
Why would someone go to your class?My classes will contain a variety of music and sequences while providing a safe space for you to connect with yourself.
What's your favorite workout/physical activity?My favorite types of physical activity are swimming, running, and going on walks with my dogs.
What's your Favorite Food/Music or a Fun Fact about you?
Fun fact about me, my eyes change color depending on the weather and the clothes I am wearing.
