Strengths at UNO: ACDC staff has received extensive training in Clifton StrengthsFinder and Strengths for Students assessment. It gives people the opportunity to develop strengths by building on their greatest talents – the way in which they most naturally think, feel, and behave as unique individuals. We are available to work with individuals, teams, or small groups who wish to learn more about how Strengths can enhance the UNO experience. Please note Gallup assesses a fee for taking this assessment.
If you are interested in learning more about this or scheduling a Strengths presentation, please contact Cathy Pettid.
Career Advising Certificate: ACDC hosts a free professional development workshop for UNO faculty and staff interested in learning strategies for effectively advising and referring students in the area of career exploration.
