Sydnee is from Omaha, NE and is studying biology, chemistry, and Spanish. She hosted retreat days for classmates to help them build relationships. She also acted as co-president of the science club, where she planned experiments and developed a science tutoring program. Her career interests include global medicine and research. She hopes to support the Spanish-speaking community to provide outreach services and research ways to provide medical care in areas with few resources.
