Kailee is from Papillion, NE, and is studying biology, chemistry, and Spanish. Her non-profit experience includes partnering with Nebraska Enterprise Fund. As part of a community action project, her team is creating an app to help NEF connect more directly to clients and create an open and accessible relationship to further their business. This summer, Kailee hopes to secure an internship in the medical or biology field. This includes laboratory work, patient care, and research opportunities. Her career interests include the medical field, with a focus on patient care. She is passionate about helping others and hopes to work as an emergency physician in the future.
