New and returning faculty: are you looking for ways to maximize your writing productivity? Consider joining a Writing Accountability Group (WAG) this academic year.
WAGs are small (3–5 people), interdisciplinary cohorts of faculty who meet regularly (usually once a week) for an hour to share writing and gather feedback via a structured process.
If you’re interested in participating in a group, complete the form by Friday, Sept. 25.
WAGs will be considered as Communities of Practice (CoPs) by the Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE). For those who regularly participate in a WAG, you will be eligible to earn up to $100 in professional development funds as outlined in the CoP guidelines.
Questions about WAGs should be directed to CFE at unofacdev@unomaha.edu.
