Students, Faculty, and Staff have a variety of options to make use of the UNO Wellness Center, which offers programs and services from Campus Recreation, the Nebraska Medicine UNO Health Center, and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).

Nebraska Medicine UNO Health Center

The Nebraska Medicine UNO Health Center is open for in-person and telehealth care depending on your needs.

Counseling and Psychology Services (CAPS)

CAPS Services are available to ALL enrolled students regardless of modality (i.e. in person or online classes). Please call 402.554.2409 to schedule an appointment. Limitations may exist for students who are currently living outside of the state of Nebraska, and the counselor will discuss alternative options if this is the case.

Resources for Faculty and Staff

As part of the Faculty and Staff Employee Assistance Program (FSEAP), UNO has contracted with Best Care Employee Assistance Program to provide confidential counseling and referral services to benefit-eligible Faculty and Staff and their eligible dependents.
