Supporting the university’s ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, the Center for Faculty Excellence is pleased to announce the Microaggression Awareness Program.
Led by trained UNO faculty and staff, individuals are encouraged to participate in a workshop where they will learn more about types of microaggressions and have opportunities to discuss experiences with microaggressive situations. Participants will actively engage in practicing strategies for addressing behaviors when they occur.
