Art Against Anxiety
Through the guidance of an art therapist, learn two artistic ways to reduce anxiety. This will include an introduction to Mandala making and visual journaling. Participants will also receive art materials to take home. Please RSVP via MavSYNC as space is limited.
Bring your lunch and join Accessibility Services Center as they explore ways to support students with disabilities in the classroom and on our campus. Tea and cookies will be provided.
