University Communications invites you to attend the next Communications Co-working event, Wednesday, Aug. 21 from 9 A.M. - 11 A.M. in CPACS 132D.
Communications Co-working is an opportunity to connect with professional peers to learn about current communication efforts at UNO and share best practices and tips for success. The time is split between facilitated discussion and open work time with the opportunity for Q&A with members of University Communications.
August Coworking Schedule:
9 A.M. - 9:15 A.M. | Meet & Greet with Discussion Prompt – Small groups mingle over a discussion topic
9:15 A.M. - 9:30 A.M. | Lightning Talks – Anyone can volunteer to give a 2 - 5-minute talk related to communications strategy or best practice
9:30 A.M. - 10 A.M. | Introductions with Knowledge Sharing – Intro name, department, a current goal and input on the special topic
10 A.M. - 11 A.M. | Open Work Time or Office Hours with the University Communications Marketing Team – Time to work on projects you brought with you or connect with members of the marketing team for Q&A covering graphic design, creative direction, project management, email recruitment, and paid advertising campaigns
