Communication and transparency are vital elements to the success of any organization, especially a university like ours.
It is also important, in supporting these factors, we take the time to listen.
Since July, Chancellor Joanne Li, Ph.D., CFA, has held dozens of listening sessions for a variety of campus and community groups. To ensure everyone's voice can be heard, a number of future sessions have been scheduled and can be participated in.
These sessions, which will be available for in-person and virtual attendance, are an opportunity for the Maverick community to share what is important to them about UNO and for Chancellor Li to listen and learn.
We encourage all attendees to come with shared goal of finding ways to advance UNO as a premier metropolitan university and academic leader in Nebraska and across the region.
Those who would like to attend a session with ties to their academic unit are encouraged to do so; however, for those who cannot make the scheduled time, each of these sessions can be attended by anyone in the campus community.
Please RSVP for your spot at any of these upcoming sessions by using this form. Details about where and how to attend will be shared with registrants a few days before their chosen session.
