You are invited to the UNO Department of Public Safety "Annual Campus Safety Walk" Thursday, Oct. 11, 2018.
UNO Public Safety looks forward to teaming up with the campus community to make UNO an even safer and more secure campus for our students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
During our walk, we hope to identify safety concerns that our community may see as they travel campus at night. Such concerns may include burnt out lights and poorly lit areas, overgrown bushes/trees, broken concrete and trip hazards, etc.
We will meet at the south doors of the Eppley Administration Building at 9:00 P.M. The group will walk through Dodge Campus, reviewing both academic, parking, and housing areas. We will then board a shuttle for a short ride to the Pacific Campus to continue our efforts.
This walk is anticipated to last approximately 90 minutes and the shuttle will bring everyone back to Eppley for a short discussion and to share any safety concerns found on our journey.
Seating is limited so please RSVP no later than Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2018. Please mention any need for transportation accommodations in the RSVP.
