The UNO Jazz Ensemble and the Metropolitan Area Youth Jazz Orchestra (MAYJO) will perform at Omaha's own professional jazz club - The Jewell - on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 6:30 P.M. The special musical guest soloist for the evening will be world-class jazz trombonist Andy Martin from Los Angeles.
General admission tickets are available in advance for $10 at jewellomaha.com. Students will be admitted at the door for $5 with student ID.
Centrally located in downtown Omaha, The Jewell draws musicians from all over the country. Situated in The Capitol District, Omaha’s burgeoning nightlife hot spot, the club is accessible from the Marriott as well as The Capitol Plaza.
