Sammi Kaiser, Ph.D, director of the Academic and Career Development Center (ACDC) joins Chancellor Jeffrey P. Gold, M.D., to discuss an upcoming career fair and the new "Prototype" program, which links students with career professionals.
The ACDC services all students and alumni for career services such as resume reviews, practice/mock interviews, job search strategies etc.
Every fall/spring ACDC hosts an all majors career fair on campus and invites dozens of employers from across Omaha to come and talk to students about careers and internships at their company.
For the first time, ACDC will introduce a program called "Prototype" that connects students with industry leaders in Omaha in a mentoring/networking capacity to allow students to see different careers before applying.
