The summer Maverick Communications Group (MavComm) meeting is set for Monday, Aug. 5 from 11 A.M. to noon in the Milo Bail Student Center Dodge Rooms (302/302A).
Attendees will meet University Communication's new Director of Marketing Sasha Thurin, learn about a new acronym to enhance communications efforts, and have an opportunity to share thoughts on changes they would like to see in The Maverick Daily and Bullseye. Other topics include Start Your Project, key events and UNO's photo policy.
MavComm meetings are open to all members of the campus community who contribute to UNO communication efforts, such as updating a campus social media account or contributing to the website.
