Outdoor Venture Center Trip invites you join them on their next trip to Boundary Waters, MN. The trip will take place May 20 - 27, 2019 with a mandatory pre-trip meeting taking place May 10, 2019 at 5:30 P.M.
Cost for the camping/canoeing excursion is $493 for members and $567 for non-members. Trip costs will cover transportation, canoe rentals, camping equipment, instruction, and all camping/permit fees.
Paddling in the Boundary Waters is a chance to explore one of the most pristine environments in the United States. With a total area of one-million square acres of land – the Boundary Waters is massive. The trip will link some of Minnesota's beautiful lakes together by paddling and portaging canoes. Portaging is carrying a canoe and all of your gear overland via trails – many of which were established by French fur traders in the 1800's. This unique experience will be unforgettable and is a must for nature lovers and adventurers of all backgrounds. There is no paddling experience required, the trip will be across lakes with little moving water.
