This summer, UNO's College of Education, the Moving Company, and Xandi Johnson Memorial Foundation, are sponsoring a dance program for elders and people affected by Parkinson's Disease.
The program, named Reach for It, is designed to enhance balance, strength, movement, and coordination through various dance exercises.
Participants will dance and have fun while working on balance, strength, coordination, and flexibility.
There is no cost to participate. Family, friends, and caregivers may accompany participants.
