Because of the event, HPER will not open until 11 A.M.
From 8:30 – 10:30 A.M., barricades will be up, blocking off University Drive South at the Elmwood Park four-way stop through University Drive North, just north of the Durham Science Center. View a map showing the race route and affected lots.
Please plan ahead to make sure you are able to get to your campus event on time:
Visitors attending A Time to Heal’s “The Art of Living with Cancer” conference in the Barbara Weitz Community Engagement Center should arrive on campus from South Elmwood Road (the access road directly north of the Durham Science Center) or University Drive East. Reserved parking for these attendees is available in Lots D and E.
Maverick Village and University Village residents are encouraged to park in the First Christian Church between 8:30 – 10:30 A.M.
Only those attending the wedding at the Thompson Center should access campus through the entrance at 67th and Dodge Street.
Other campus visitors are encouraged to access campus through University Drive East and park in the East Parking Garage, which will be open.
