Students, faculty, and staff are invited to participate in the final campus sing-in on Saturday, April 22, from noon to 1 P.M. in Room 239 of the Strauss Performing Arts Center.
In addition to the sing-in, a portion of the program will discuss the documentary, Pete Seeger: The Power of Song, and the role music has played in social justice and civic engagement. This project was made possible by a UNO Civic Participation mini-gran,t awarded to the School of Music faculty members Melissa Berke, Ph.D., and Shelly Cooper, Ph.D.
