Faculty and staff are invited to bring their lunch and learn about Food Safety from Wyatte Stuard, the UNO Food Service Manager, on March 22 from 12-1 P.M. in the Milo Bail Student Center Umoho Room.
We will discuss such topics as safely thawing meat and keeping your kitchen a safe place.
Food Safety is a concern for everyone who prepares food at home or as a job, so come and learn over the lunch hour how to better protect yourself and your family.
