About the Food Fight
The Summit League Food Fight is a league-wide community service initiative by the Summit League Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Each school will be challenged to hold a food drive at designated games. At the end of the Food Fight schedule, the school that raises the most amount of food (measured in pounds) will be deemed the winner and will receive The Summit League Food Fight trophy. This year, each institution is challenged to collect the equivalent of at least 9,000 lbs. of food.
