The University of Nebraska’s most prestigious awards for teaching, research and engagement recognize individual faculty members and one academic department whose work has had a significant impact on students, the university and the state. Help enhance the visibility of faculty excellence at UNO by nominating a colleague or your department for one of the following system-wide awards:
- Outstanding Teaching and Instructional Creativity Award (OTICA)
- Outstanding Research and Creative Activity Award (ORCA)
- Innovation, Development and Engagement Award (IDEA)
- University-wide Departmental Teaching Award (UDTA)
- Inclusive Excellence Collaboration Award (IECA)
Nominations are due Nov. 1 for OTICA, IDEA, UDTA, and IECA; and Nov. 15 for ORCA.
