OMAHA - On Friday, March 3, the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) celebrated the scholarly and creative work of more than 200 students at the ninth-annual Student Research and Creative Activity Fair.
Sponsored by the UNO Office of Research and Creative Activity, the day-long activity provided the opportunity for undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students to present work they’ve completed over the previous academic year to the community.
Submissions for the Research and Creative Activity Fair came from each of UNO’s six colleges, as well as the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Engineering.
This year’s event featured poster presentations, oral presentations, demonstrations and performances. View the Student Research and Creative Activity Fair program.
Competitive presentations featured winners and runners up in poster and oral presentations at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Judges included members of the Omaha business and non-profit communities; UNO alumni and other volunteer community members.
