Opened in August with the completion of the MBSC renovation, Durango's Grill serves as an upscale, on-campus eatery for students, staff, and faculty. At the restaurant, every meal is made to order by Chef Joe Vaughn and his team. Chef Vaughn, who was once a chef garde manager at renowned French restaurant Le Voltaire, is now a proud Maverick.
Durango’s Grill, which features in-house smoked brisket, chicken, and pulled pork, is getting a menu refresh. New menu items include Durango’s Soup of the Day, two new dessert items, and weekly specials like Southern Fried Chicken, Grilled Reuben, and Fish and Chips.
