Spencer Rien serves the Nebraska South Panhandle region working with businesses through all stages of the business development process. Being a lifelong resident of the Panhandle area he has a passion for helping his community thrive and bring in new and exciting ventures. Rien has previously held positions in banking and accounting, providing him with insights into lending and financial reporting. Furthermore, Rien brings consulting experience to the Scottsbluff office after serving two years in the NBDC Chadron, NE office.
