Watermark Faculty Success (formerly Digital Measures)
Watermark Faculty Success (formerly Digital Measures, aka Activity Insight), is the tool faculty use to complete their Annual Review and in some cases Reappointment, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT). Faculty can also use it to create their CV. UNO continues to tailor Watermark Faculty Success to assist faculty in tracking teaching, research, and services activities.
Annual Reviews and RPT are simplified by entering data once and then this data is easily accessible and ready to use again and again. Having the information in one place enables UNO to demonstrate our campus' community engagement and research activities. Don't let your accomplishments fall through the cracks. Showcase your great achievements.
When state legislators, accreditors, regents, or other campus administrators inquire about faculty activity in a particular area, UNO can respond using the information stored in Watermark Faculty Success.
