About Dual Enrollment


The Mission of UNO's Office of General Education and Dual Enrollment is twofold: (1) to foster the development of certain intellectual skills and dispositions in our students essential to informed citizenship and an ability to effectively deal with complexity, diversity, and change, and (2) to deepen UNO's partnership and engagement with the local community to promote academic achievement and opportunity for Nebraska youths through early-college opportunities. 


To be a program recognized locally, regionally, and nationally for delivering high quality undergraduate general education courses in innovative, meaningful and productive ways through close partnership with a diverse metropolitan population and its secondary and post-secondary education providers.
