Katie Bishop is the Director of Research Services and the Humanities Librarian at University of Nebraska Omaha. She holds a BA in English from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, an MA in American Studies from the University of Iowa, and an MS in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois. Her research interests include instruction, assessment, and change management.
