This month's topic, what everyone needs to know about special education law.
Education Rights Counsel is holding an informational event consisting of sessions on special education law, advocacy, and rights. Starting with an analysis of the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (IDEA), attendees will learn about various issues, legal practice methods, and the cultural impact of special education law, as well as lawyers' effective representation of clients with disabilities.
