Region 6 Behavioral Healthcare is pleased to present From Dream World to Death’s Door and Back: The Opioid Journey with Christine L. Chasek, Ph.D., LIMHP, LADC. This free, three-hour presentation addresses the growing Opioid problem from a historical and treatment perspective.
A discussion about the history of opioid use is followed by an examination of best practices to use when assessing and treating opioid use disorder; including the American Society of Addiction Medicines guidelines for assessing and treating Opioid Use disorders and resources for treatment in Nebraska.
