The Schwalb Center for Israel & Jewish Studies and the UNO Department of Gerontology invite you to join them as they host Dr. Israel Doron from the University of Haifa to speak on aging in Israel and Nebraska.
Dr. Doron’s presentation will focus on the similarities and differences between the Israeli and American approaches to successful aging. Various examples from the fields of long-term care, elder guardianship, and social services for older persons will be discussed. Students, faculty, staff, and members of the community are welcome to this fascinating presentation.
