STEPs History
Pam has been with STEPs as a Program Evaluator since February 2015 and has worked with the following community partners or programs: Community Crops, Dream Weavers, Drug Overdose Prevention (DOP): Coroners’ Study, Family Finding Statewide Pilot, Inclusive Communities, Legal Aid of Nebraska, Metro Omaha Tobacco Action Coalition (MOTAC), Prevention Means Progress (PMP), Rape Prevention and Education (RPE), Title IV-E, and UNO STEM TRAIL Center. Biographical Information
Pam Ashley, M.Ed., is a program evaluator with Support and Training for the Evaluation of Programs (STEPs). Pam has a B.A. in Psychology from Lafayette College, Easton, PA and a M.Ed. in Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation from Boston College in Boston, MA. Pam has research experience in service learning, child welfare, positive youth development, and substance abuse prevention. She has been involved with community coalition management, continual quality improvement, accreditation documentation, and research-based training development.

Animal welfare, positive youth development.
Something Personal
Pam is a founding member of the Friends of the Jeanette Hunt Animal Shelter, a volunteer coach of Destination Imagination and adult leader for both 4-H and Girl Scout groups.
