Xian Gao is a graduate research assistant in the Global Digital Governance Lab in the School of Public Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Xian earned her Master of Political Theory in China. Her research interests include cross-boundary collaboration, local e-government, social media, e-participation. She is now a content creator for the Lab’s website.
