Dr. Yun is the Visiting Scholar of the Global Digital Governance Lab from Sep. 1. 2015 to Aug. 31. 2016. He is an Associate Professor of Department of Public Administration at the Dankook University in South Korea. He is interested in conducting research on e-government, e-participation, big data, information policy. His teaching interests are e-government, policy analysis and evaluation, research methodology, quantitative analysis. His current research projects are The Challenge and Opportunity of Smart Knowledge Society, Big Data and Personal Data Protection & Utilization, and The relationship between e-Government Performance and Government Competitiveness.
