Please join us for the final lecture of the 2018 Begin With the End in Mind Lecture Series - an ongoing series about End of Life Planning!
The topic is Advance Directives. Our speaker is Dr. Amy Haddad from Creighton University.
What if you became too ill to speak for yourself? With legal documentation, known as advance directives, you can avoid confusion and instruct your family, friends, and health care professionals what sort of health care you want to receive and what other decisions you want made on your behalf. This is not an age limited discussion--all can benefit from this information.
The lecture series are FREE and open to the community. Please RSVP
Please RSVP to Maria Sorick at 402.554.2272 or firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a parking spot.
We look forward to seeing you!!
