Lyndsey Rice is November's Employee of the Month
Omaha – The University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO) recently selected Lyndsey Rice as Employee of the Month for November. An Advisor/Recruitment Counselor in Public Administration, Lyndsey was nominated for her passion, professionalism, and student-centeredness.
Her nominators said, “Lyndsey has creatively worked to cultivate growth and interest in a relatively new CPACS degree, Emergency Management. She is innovative, passionate, and invested in UNO, but most importantly, she guides students to success.”
They continue, “Students love Lyndsey and continually seek her guidance. Lyndsey’s door is always open to any student need. Her professionalism and dedication to students is why our program has been so successful.”
As Employee of the Month, Lyndsey will receive a certificate, lapel pin, choice of cup, monetary award, and use of a parking space. She also will get a portrait with the chancellor and a letter of congratulations.
