JJI Releases Analysis of the NE Intake Risk Assessment Instrument

In Nebraska, the Office of Juvenile Probation Administration uses the RAI to screen youth prior to determining whether or not to detain them. The Office of Probation contracted with JJI to assess whether the RAI effectively predicts which youth pose a threat to the community by commiting new law violations or fail to attend their scheduled court dates.
